Mission: Your Venezuela Access
The Bridge Between US Industry and Venezuela's Energy Sector
Venezuela holds the world's largest proven oil reserves and is actively reopening its energy sector to private investment under a landmark 2026 hydrocarbons law reform. The opportunity is real — but navigating it requires people who are already there.
VENEXUS was founded to be that bridge. We represent established US companies with proven products and services — giving them immediate market access, qualified buyer relationships, and in-country operational support across Venezuela's oil, petrochemical, and metalworking sectors.
With decades of combined experience and offices across five cities, we operate where our clients need us most.

The Underdeveloped Giant, Validated by Washington
303 Billion Barrels. Less Than 20% Developed.
Venezuela holds the world's largest proven oil reserves. Yet decades of underinvestment have left its refineries, pipelines, and petrochemical complexes operating at a fraction of their capacity. In January 2026, Venezuela enacted its most transparent hydrocarbons legal framework in two decades. In 2024, the US Treasury issued General License 44 (GL-44), authorizing American companies to engage the Venezuelan energy sector directly. The infrastructure gap is not a future opportunity, it is active commercial demand right now.
